* Proof of student status is required. Please fax the appropriate document to +14047271236 or email it to iccs2005@mathcs.emory.edu, with the subject line "Proof of student status". We will accept one of the following types of documents: 1) valid student ID card, with clearly displayed expiration date, and 2) an official letter of confirmation from the student's university, with clearly displayed issue date and the semester for which it is valid. You will be also asked to present this proof of student status again at the conference registration desk, when you arrive in Atlanta.

The registration fee for conference attendees covers:

Access to all plenary, technical and workshop sessions
Conference proceedings printed by Springer-Verlag in the LNCS series and/or CD
Lunches, coffee and snacks during the coffee breaks

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registration fees may be paid by:

Check (In US dollars drawn on a US bank)
Direct bank transfer
Credit card via fax (VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress)
Credit card online (VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress)

Account details for payments by checks and direct bank transfers will appear when you begin the registration process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Author registrations cannot be refunded after proceedings have been sent to the publisher (March 15, 2005).
All other refund requests must be in writing and received before April 1, 2005.
A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration price.
Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time, on the basis of an email informing us of the change.

VISA LETTERS

Authors and attendees requiring visa letters should send an email to iccs2005@mathcs.emory.edu with a subject line "Visa letter request".

Visa letters will only be issued to: authors/speakers/presenters/attendees who have paid their registration fee in full, and are not from one of the countries embargoed by the U.S. government.

Visa letters will only state:

the conference title, dates and location;
whether the requester is an author/speaker/presenter or attendee;
that they have paid their registration fees in full.
