Accommodation

ICCS 2005 will be held on the main campus of Emory University
in northeast Atlanta. The conference has negotiated special
rates with hotels nearby; several are within walking distance
while shuttle service will be available for the others. We have
also reserved a block of student dormitory rooms on campus for
those wishing to avail of basic inexpensive housing options.
In addition, there are a large number of other hotels in
the city, but please be aware that Atlanta is not particularly
renown for its public transportation system.

| Dormitories |
|
Gilbert and Thomson Halls, undergraduate dormitories at Emory with
single rooms and attached baths, are available for ICCS participants
at the rate of $35 per room per night. Please send email to
iccs2005@mathcs.emory.edu
with subject "Dormitory room request" indicating dates and number of nights requested. In April we will send you reservation
details and payment options.
However, please note that:
- rooms are available only from Saturday May 21, 2005 to Friday May 27, 2005
- cancellations are permitted at any time, but refunds (less 5% for processing charges)
will only be issued by check in US dollars, two weeks after the conference.
We are sorry. All the available dormitory rooms have already been booked.
