Each year we have three best paper awards at the conference: one for the main track, one for posters, and one for workshops (selected from all workshop papers). The best paper awards are sponsored by Springer, and chosen by a dedicated committee.
This year, in addition to the above, we are proud to announce the ICCS Student Competition, featuring a 500 EUR award in each of the following two categories:
(i) Best New Computational Science Application
(ii) Best New Computational Science Algorithm
The UvA Peter Sloot Fund will support a few applicants with accepted papers – mainly students from low-income countries – with travel grants of up to 800 EUR. See the registration page for details.
