Meeting Format – What to Expect
Just like ICCS 2025, ICCS 2026 will be a fully in-person event.
There will be neither online presentations nor streaming of the in-person talks.
However, there will still be a registration option (incl. publication) for authors of accepted contributions who are unable to join us in Germany.

The Amsterdam University Fund
The Amsterdam University Fund offers financial support to ICCS participants who can not afford the conference costs, typically students from low-income countries. The condition is that the participants have a paper accepted and presented at the conference in person, on a topic related to computing of complex systems.
The grant is of up to 800 Euro per participant, partly covering the conference fee and/or travel. Presenting authors can indicate they need support during the registration process. Travel reimbursement is after presentation at the conference, upon receivng a one-paragraph report with a photo taken at the conference.
Invitation Letters for Visa Applications

Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been completed.
