Payments

• access to all plenary and workshop sessions as well as to the technical exhibition
• soft-copy (CD) Conference Proceedings (printed by Springer-Verlag in the LNCS series)
• conference materials
• lunches, coffee and snacks during the coffee breaks
• social events: 1, 2 (see below)

Please, order additional copies of the proceedings before March 30, so that we can include them in our order to Springer. Late orders cannot be guaranteed.

1. Only registered participants will be allowed to attend scientific sessions and take part in social events. The participants are required to complete the Registration Form.
2. The registration fee does not include personal insurance. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Conference.
3. All refund requests must be in writing and received before May 31, 2008. No refunds will be accepted after this date.
4. A € 50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration price.
5. Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time, on the base of an email informing us of the change.
