They both include:<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 20px; list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Access to all scientific sessions<\/li>\n<li>The right to present <strong>one<\/strong> accepted paper\/abstract at the conference<\/li>\n<li><strong>One<\/strong> paper published in the conference proceedings (for submissions accepted as full\/short papers)<\/li>\n<li>Free (during 4-5 weeks after the conference) online access to conference proceedings via Springer<\/li>\n<li>Registration materials, conference guide\/program, and giveaway items<\/li>\n<li>Lunches and coffee breaks<\/li>\n<li>All taxes and VAT (where applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Welcome Reception<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The only difference between Plus and Basic is that Plus includes the conference dinner, while Basic does not.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Lite<\/strong> package is for authors of accepted contributions who are unable to join us in Singapore.<br>\nThis option <strong>guarantees the publication of the registered paper in the proceedings<\/strong>.<br>\nAuthors who register with this option will be invited to upload (entirely optional) their presentation slides to a repository, which will be made available to all registered participants.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 style=\"padding: 20px 0px;\">Important Notes<\/h4>\n\n<p><a id=\"note1\"><\/a><strong>1)<\/strong> If a paper has several co-authors, only one (the speaker) needs to register it (at the author rate). All other (non-presenting) co-authors don&#8217;t have to register, but are welcome to do so as non-authors (as in &#8220;non-presenter&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n<p><a id=\"note2\"><\/a><strong>2)<\/strong> Student registrants are required to <a href=\"mailto:iccs.conference@intellegibilis.com\" style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">e-mail us<\/a> valid proof of student status (for example, a scanned copy of student ID), with clearly displayed expiration date, right after registering.<\/p>\n\n<p><a id=\"note3\"><\/a><strong>3)<\/strong> The registration fee includes <strong>one<\/strong> paper in the proceedings (for submissions accepted as full\/short papers).<br>\nTwo more publications can be registered by the same presenting author, each adding 300 EUR to the standard fee.<br>\nExtra abstracts (for those submissions accepted as &#8220;Presentation Only &#8211; Oral\/Poster&#8221;) can also be registered, each adding 150 EUR to the standard fee.<\/p>\n\n<p><a id=\"note4\"><\/a><strong>4)<\/strong> The Conference Dinner fee <strong>does not include drinks<\/strong>. This is because alcohol is heavily taxed in Singapore. Each dinner guest will be responsible for paying his\/her own drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 style=\"margin:30px 0px 20px; border-bottom: 1px solid;\"><a id=\"format\"><\/a>Meeting Format &#8211; What to Expect<\/h3>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n    ICCS 2025 will mark our return to a <a href=\"meeting-format\/\">fully in-person event<\/a>.<br>\n\tThere will be neither online presentations nor streaming of the in-person talks.<br>\n\tAs per the ticket table above, there is a registration option (incl. publication) for authors of accepted contributions who are unable to join us in Singapore.<br>\n<\/p>\n\n<!--\n### FOR HYBRID EVENTS\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n    <strong>1.<\/strong> All conference sessions, consisting  either of in-person or online presentations, will be streamed, and therefore available to all online participants.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>2.<\/strong> ICCS sessions will not be hybrid: the sessions' presentations will either be all in-person or all online, but not a mix of both types.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>3.<\/strong> The specific arrangement (scheduling) of sessions consisting fully of online presentations will be decided once the registration stage is over. The ICCS Organizing Committee reserves the right to, if needed, group all sessions consisting fully of online talks in a single conference day or half-day.\n<\/p>\n-->\n\n\n<h3 style=\"margin:30px 0px 20px; border-bottom: 1px solid;\"><a id=\"payment\"><\/a>Payment Methods and Details<\/h3>\n\n<!--<p>Details will be announced closer to the notification deadline.<\/p>-->\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (through Stripe).<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> If you pay by <strong>bank transfer<\/strong>, please note that:<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:square; margin-left:20px;\">\n    <li><strong>All bank payments must be made in EUR and all bank transfer costs must be covered by the sender<\/strong>. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your registration.<\/li>\n    <li>We will need you to <strong><a href=\"mailto:iccs.conference@intellegibilis.com\">email us<\/a> a bank transfer confirmation document\/receipt<\/strong>. This will allow us to trace your payment and will serve as temporary proof until payment is effectively received on our end.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> If you pay by <strong>credit card through Stripe<\/strong>, please note that <strong>we do neither store nor have access to your credit card details<\/strong>. Your credit card is processed through <a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stripe<\/a>, one of the most well-known and reputed payment platforms in the world.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> <strong>The payment receipt<\/strong> will be emailed to you a few weeks after your registration is complete, or given to you when you check in at conference welcome desk. Please allow for some time in this, as our accountancy will be processing hundreds of invoices.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> <strong>Note to on-site registrants<\/strong>: On-site registration payments can be made either in cash or through the Stripe payment platform.<br>\n<strong>The onsite registration option is only for non-presenters. The condition is that the participants have a paper accepted and presented at the conference in person, on a topic related to computing of complex systems.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n    The grant is up to 800 Euro per participant, partly covering the conference fee and\/or travel. The presenting authors can indicate they need support during the registration process.
