<\/figure>\n\n\n\nPlease note<\/strong>: the dinner menu includes free-flow soft drinks and iced tea, but it does not include any alcoholic drinks<\/strong>. This is because alcohol is heavily taxed in Singapore. Guests are of course free to consume wine or beer at their own discretion, but will be responsible for paying their own alcoholic drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The conference sessions on July 8th end at 17h00m, giving you almost 2 hours to make your way to the Botanic Gardens. If you are somewhere else in Singapore, in addition to the Circle Line, you may also take the -brown – Thomson East-Coast Line and hop off at Napier. You will then approach the Botanic Gardens from the south and walk about 1.0 km til you reach The Villa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We will be waiting for you right in front the restaurant at 19h00m. Please wait for us at the door, as we will have to check your name on the dinner list. If you are going straight from the conference to the dinner:
Go to the Buona Vista MRT Station for the Circle – yellow – Line (CC22) and take the train headed to Dhoby Gaut. Hope off on the third stop, “Botanic Gardens”. Then walk about 1.5 km through the Gardens until you reach The Villa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
