{"id":560,"date":"2015-02-16T21:21:30","date_gmt":"2015-02-16T21:21:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.iccs-meeting.org\/iccs2015\/?page_id=560"},"modified":"2024-04-01T14:25:41","modified_gmt":"2024-04-01T14:25:41","slug":"invitation-letters-visas","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.iccs-meeting.org\/iccs2024\/invitation-letters-visas\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation Letters &#038; Visas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conference Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"border: 3px solid #006699; border-radius: 10px; padding: 15px; text-align: center; margin: 20px 0px; font-variant:small-caps; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justified\">If you need a travel visa to Spain, we will be glad to issue an invitation letter to support your visa application.<br>Invitation letters will be sent by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justified\">In order to request an invitation letter, just <a href=\"mailto:iccs@computationalscience.nl\">e-mail<\/a> us with the following data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square; margin: 10px 0px 20px 40px;\">\n<li>a good-quality scan of your passport (.pdf or image format)<\/li>\n<li>surname\/family name and given names, exactly as they appear in your passport<\/li>\n<li>contacts: e-mail, phone number and (if relevant) fax number<\/li>\n<li>affiliation\/organization: name, address, country, and the position you hold\/occupy<\/li>\n<li>any additional information you may think is relevant to your application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justified\">Short-term stays like that of attending ICCS fall under the category of Schengen visas.<br>Spain is a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/news\/en\/headlines\/security\/20190612STO54307\/schengen-a-guide-to-the-european-border-free-zone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schengen Area<\/a>.
