The paper submission for ICCS 2003 is a fully automated process. Before
you submit a paper, you must decide at which site of ICCS 2003 you want
to participate, in Saint Petersburg, Russia or Melbourne, Australia.
After you have made you choice, you click the appropriate links below to
start the paper submission process. If you have any questions related to
